Jay Rock and Kendrick Lamar have been busy as of late –– both from releasing their own projects, touring around America as well as collaborating on the Black Panther Soundtrack, produced by Kendrick. The two worked on the single “King’s Dead” which was released earlier this year. “WIN” is set to be released with the album REDEMPTION, Jay Rock’s follow-up to his 2015 album, 90059.
The video for “WIN” was released on Wednesday, May 30th featuring contributions from Kendrick. The video features a ton of cameos, from SZA to Isaiah Rashad. The visuals were directed by Dave Meyers, who frequently works with Jay Rock, as well as TDE’s Dave Free. The album, REDEMPTION, is set to be released on June 15th.
