In an unexpected turn of events, Saweetie has called in two female powerhouses to assist with the remix of her hit track “My Type.” The remix, which features Jhené Aiko and Yung Miami, was announced two days ago via Instagram and officially premiered yesterday (8/24).
The song starts off slowly, with Jhené, full into her rap flow, talking sultry and somehow making it sound sweet. Then Saweetie jumps on the track, re-reciting the first verse on her original track. Young Miami closes off the track with yet another saucy verse. The track is exactly what we need at the close of this hot girl summer.
