Houston Rapper Killa Kyleon just released a new conscious song entitled “Killing Over Jays,” speaking on the problems with the fascination of Jordans and the glorification of material items.
Killa caught the attention of Slim Thug, who signed him to his Boss Hogg Outlawz imprint, he released three projects as a member of the Outlawz, gaining popularity both regionally and nationally. The rapper is now a solo artist releasing a slew of mixtapes including his 30 Days 30 Deaths . He was also featured on Wiz Khalifa’s highly acclaimed Kush and Orange Juice project and worked alongside DJ Drama to release Gangsta Grillz Extra: Natural Born Killa.
Look out for his new EP, Lorraine Motel releasing tomorrow (4/4) honoring the legacy of historic black leaders and figures such as Dr. Martin Luther King, who was assassinated on April 4th, 1968 at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, TN.
