After much back and forth, 50 Cent and his ex Teairra Mari seem to finally have come to a conclusion in their ongoing beef. The drama first arose about a year ago, when a sex tape of the two was leaked. The argument first ensued regarding the origins of the said tape, and consequently sued both her ex-boyfriend and 50 for sharing images of the leaked tape.
Unfortunately, Mari was unsuccessful in her efforts to press charges against 50, and the case actually backfired and she ended up owing him $30k worth in legal fees, which she had yet to pay. 50 Cent, being petty as ever, decided to call Mari out on her failure to reimburse him his legal fees. The pettiness escalated into a lawsuit, in which 50 moved to have her pay an extra $25k in interest and additional fines.
This time, the court sided with Mari, asserting that she would not have to pay any additional fines and that the $30k charge will stand as is. The saga has reached a resolution, though it will probably be temporary. The judge’s ruling will likely not sit well with 50, as he is convinced that Mari is simply refusing to pay the money.
