Puff Daddy and the Family has announced a special Bad Boy reunion concert at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on May 20, what would have been Biggie’s 44th birthday.
Bad Boy’s biggest artists — past and present — are all set to perform, including Ma$e, Lil Kim, Faith Evans, The L.O.X., French Montana, Total, 112 and Mario Winans. There’ll also be special guest appearances from (drum roll please) Jay Z and Mary J. Blige.
“This isn’t just another concert — this is hip-hop history,” Puff Daddy said. “The Bad Boy Family includes some of the biggest names in music and songs that helped define a whole generation of music. Also, we are celebrating one of the greatest of all time — Notorious B.I.G. This will be a night to remember. I can’t wait to see you all there.”
Tickets for the Bad Boy reunion show go on sale Saturday, April 2 at 11am ET on Ticketmaster. The concert follows last year’s mini Bad Boy reunion at the BET Awards, which included a 10-minute medley from Diddy, Ma$e, Lil Kim, Jadakiss, Sheek Louch, French Montana and more.
