Philadelphia’s mayor Jim Kennedy recently made remarks that starting in 2019 the two-day festival will have to find a new city to call home due to the work it takes to build and take down the venue. Someone from Hov’s camp must have convinced him this was the wrong decision as he changed his narrative by stating “We think it’s a very important event for our city, tourism, and profile and we want to make it work.”
Milwaukee has invited Jay-Z to move the festival as it draws in 50,000 attendees annually. Meek Mill, Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z and more are scheduled to perform at Made In America this year.
Do you think we will be seeing a relocation in the near future?
