Several recent Instagram posts have led to suspicions that Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland will be releasing a joint project. Though nothing has been confirmed, the posts definitely seem to indicate that the two R&B queens are up to something.
The first in the series of events that led to this conspiracy was a video posted onto Kelly Rowland’s Instagram account. The video seemed to be a snippet of a track, in which Rowland sings: “Back up off me, back up off me / Rose petals at my feet.” The caption for the post was a simple two roses and winking face emoji. This in itself was not enough to spark rumors, as Rowland is known to be working on a solo project right now.
However, on Monday (Oct. 15th), an Instagram account entitled “Rose IV You” appeared on the web. The account only follows Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, Tidal, Nicki Minaj, and Netflix. The account then posted a video, in which we can clearly hear Queen Bey singing, and fading off into a laugh over the visual of a rose blooming. The second post to the account was a black background with white letters reading “I.IV.”

Further heightening speculation, the two posed for a picture together at the City of Hope Charity Gala, which was later posted onto Bey’s Instagram. It seems that the prospects of this joint project are very likely, but I guess we will just have to wait and see.
